Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Rena the label, we take great care in ensuring our baby and children’s clothing is made with love, care, and the highest quality standards. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

We do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Renathelabel@yahoo.com, including your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you change your mind or need a different size, we’re happy to offer:


  • Exchange for another item of equal value
  • Gift card/store credit for future use

Items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
